Who and what is Green Fabulous?

We are a family owned and operated company on a mission to redistribute clothing and apparel. We specialize in warehouse overstock items, factory close-outs, new past-season products, and a wide selection of pre-owned clothing, shoes, and accessories. We stock inventory for the entire family! Our name, Green Fabulous, highlights our service to consumers and the environment. We help consumers save the green in their wallet by offering quality resale items at a fraction of the cost of traditional retail. We save the green in the environment by educating and providing products in hopes that less usable goods end up in a landfill.

What are Pre-Owned Items?

Many of our items are Pre-Owned. All Pre-Owned items are sanitized and cleaned, if necessary, prior to listing and packaging. Once the item is received, it may require a freshening up after being packaged, stored, and shipped. Please note shoes sometimes have an ink inventory marking on the bottoms. It can’t be seen when worn and will rub off with spray cleaner and/or wear. Please see each specific product for the condition details. We generally only sell items that are free of rips and/or stains, however we do occasionally make exceptions. Any flaws will be noted in the condition description. We do our best to describe the condition of items honestly and accurately. All items come from a clean, smoke-free environment.

What does New or New Without Tags (NWT) mean?

Products described as as New or New Without Tags are “closet-clean”, which means they have never been worn. They may show signs of closet, warehouse, retail storage, or dressing room wear. This includes, but is not limited to, wrinkles and wear to tags. Please note some new with tags items are first-quality retail overstock, past season, or surplus goods. Often, these items have been “black-lined”, (i.e. retail tags have been cut or marked) per retailers’ requests to prevent fraudulent store returns. New Without Tags, or NWT, simply means that the tags have been ripped off, but have never been worn, used, or possibly never even sold at the retail level.

What is the Color of the Product?

We do our best to describe the colors of items accurately. However, due to variations in lighting, computer monitors, smart phone screens, and the human eye, colors and tones of products may appear different than described and depicted in photos. If you are unhappy with the color when you receive it, then we welcome returns following our standard return policy.

What Size is the Product?

We list according to the manufacturer’s size label. However, sizes may vary from brand to brand. All measurements are provided in U.S. inches and may contain small human error. Bust/Chest measurements are taken from underarm seam to underarm seam across (x2 for total measurement). Length measurements (unless otherwise noted) are taken from the shoulder seam, just below the collar, to the front hem. If you have any questions about fit or need a special measurement, then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

How Does Shipping Work?

All our shipping is FREE! We ship items within one business day, which excludes weekends and holidays. We ship according to the buyer’s address on the order. Please review your account to ensure the correct address is listed. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipping, we cannot re-ship items free of charge that have been returned to us due to a buyer’s incorrect address. Please note there may be instances where inclement weather, especially snow and ice, prevents us from fulfilling our shipping expectations.

Do You Accept Returns?

Yes, we do accept returns with no questions asked for up to (30) thirty days of the purchase date. The buyer pays return shipping. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased (i.e. free of deodorant stains, smoke odors, NWT items must have tags attached, etc.). Returned items must be postmarked for return within (30) thirty days of buyer’s initial receipt of the item (as determined by the return tracking number). Returned items that are postmarked after the (30) thirty day return window will not be processed or re-mailed to buyers.
